Staff are so friendly bless their soul but be very weary of the labels made in VIETNAM for a $300 dollar long length puffer jacket you really need to be careful who you buy from lulu preferably buy on sale only so don't pay that much for recycled polyester they don't even do print anymore so cheap -.-

Cute little lulu shop but is always so busy, and there’s no where to park as the parking on the street is always packed. They have a good selection and their seamstress team is good, I’ve gotten a pair of shorts hemmed from this store once and they turned out good.

I recently went into this store to get a new pair of Lulu leggings after a pair I received in the fall had a tear in the seam . The two cashier's looked at the pants with a harsh view . The than asked me where I wear them ? And told me that they are for light yoga and not a lot of rough movements. They told me that the legging maybe weren't for ' me ( being a plus size women) really sat the wrong way. They did complete the performance refund with a thicker material as they suggested would work better for me. I finished the return and just wanted to get out of the store.

Worst customer service from a manager Downtown Oakville location! I came in to return an item that my mother purchased 2 years ago but was afraid to return it because of the pandemic. I had heard that their return policy was great so I came by with the tags on the item the bag everything and the manager stated that it was a “fake” lululemon! I’m like what does that mean?!! There even is such a thing! She was ruthless and was so unprofessional that I said I would call head office to sort this out! She said go ahead! Problem was solved calling head office and it was a “real” Lululemon! This manager needs a customer service tutorial on better ways to handle situations instead of trying to be a snobby employee!! And embarrassing clientele in front of other shoppers!! I have seen her before there and she has an attitude that needs to be dealt with! And accusing me of bringing in a fake lululemon outfit when me & my family have spent a lot of money over the years at this location! You have lost a client now because of your stupidity!

I ordered online and had to pick up to this store.. sadly.. there are many staff in the store where I can even ask. First was the guy in the cash who told me he is only doing cashier so someone might be able to help me at the back. So I went to the 2 ladies in the back. When I asked the lady in the fitting room or back storage she just stared at me and pretend checking order but the thing is that should be ready by then since I called before I went to the store. I ordered 5 items and did not even hear anything, then a new lady approached me since she can check the back. I don't know what to say but these guys can do better services.

Being a customer for lululemon so many years, I have visited quite a lot their store, however this one offer an outstanding service. Though it is considerable a little small. However, the flow of shopper is not too much or too few, a quite enjoyable the shopping experience here.

Items are very good quality and last. I have purchased the bliss feel running shoes. Oh goodness they feel great. I ran/walked a marathon wearing them and I felt like I was on air. I felt they were expensive at first but they are worth it. They are lasting and lasting and are super comfortable.
